Mawusi Nudekor has impacted the lives of many and brought transformational change women and men, as well as the youth. Her achievements include:
- Bringing together all 265 technical and vocational units in Ghana the Ghana TVET Service
- Aggressive re-tooling and re-equipping of TVET Institutions nationwide
- Rollout of “Free TVET for All”
- Increase in Female participation in leadership at TVET Institutional level.
- Implementation of Gender responsive programmes (Male in Female dominated programmes and Female in Male dominated TVET programmes).
- Employment and admission of Persons with Special Needs
- Renewed emphasis on Soft Skills development to promote employability
- Break TVET enrolment in Ghana with 44,000 students.
- Roll out of Workplace Experience Learning in TVET Institutions.
- Digitalization of TVET activities.
She is also the recipient of numerous local and international awards in honour of her work, dedication and commitment in facilitating training and learning of the marginalized:
